Processing Timeline
Refund processing times are as follows:
- • Verification: 1-2 business days to review and verify the refund request
- • Processing: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval
- • Credit Card Refunds: May take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances
The following items and circumstances are NOT eligible for refund:
